This privacy policy describes how Rustravel Oy processes the personal data you provide via the contact form on viisumit.fi.

What data we collect
We collect only the data you provide in the contact form: name, email, phone number, the service you're enquiring about, country of use, document type (from a dropdown) and message. We do not collect sensitive documents or national ID numbers via this site.
Purpose and lawful basis
We process the data to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your contact, together with your consent given when you submit the form.
Storage and location
Data is stored in the EU region (Supabase). We keep the enquiry data for as long as we handle the enquiry and a reasonable period afterwards, at most 24 months, after which it is deleted.
Disclosure
We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties for marketing. We use trusted service providers (for example for sending email) who process the data on our behalf under our instructions.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies and privacy-friendly visitor analytics that do not track you across other sites.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to object to processing. Contact: info@viisumit.fi.
Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) if you believe your data is processed unlawfully.
