Visa-free entry until 31 December 2026
Citizens of Finland, Sweden and Norway can travel to Mongolia for tourism visa-free for up to 30 days. The exemption is part of Mongolia's tourism programme and valid until 31 December 2026.
Most holiday trips and rail transits therefore need no visa. Longer stays, work and study still require one.
