The core of a Russian visa application is the electronic application form, which must match your passport and attachments exactly. An incorrect form is the most common cause of delay. Tourist trips additionally need a voucher or invitation, and the application includes travel insurance valid for Russia plus a visa photo. Fingerprints are not required in Finland, so we handle submission and collection for you: bring your passport to our Helsinki office or send it by express post.
